Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility: We support 30-day free return and exchange service. Customers can apply for a return or refund within 30 days after receiving the goods.

Return Conditions: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and complete tags, and can be resold normally. Custom products and intimate textiles that affect secondary sales are not eligible for return.

Return Process: Contact our customer service to apply for return authorization within the valid period. After obtaining the return address, send back the goods and provide the return tracking number. We will inspect the goods after receiving the returned package.

Refund Rules: After confirming that the returned goods are intact, we will process the refund within 3–7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. Shipping fees for returns are borne by the buyer unless the goods have quality problems or shipping errors caused by us.

Defective Products: For products with quality problems, damage during transportation, or wrong delivery, we provide free return, exchange, or full refund services, and we will bear the return shipping fee.
